Weekend of Wonder
WEEKEND OF WONDER -This resource aims to encourage families to experience and enjoy the good news of Easter – at home, outdoors and with others – and give them confidence that they can open the Bible together at home.

The activities and conversation starters are designed as a taster to help families see that it is possible to talk about faith as part of everyday life. Perhaps this will be a stepping stone to encourage them to try out more resources.
Churches could use this booklet as the basis for an Easter gift bag for families. The bag could include a copy of the booklet, ingredients for the pizza bread, a luggage label and wool, letters for the hunt and a chocolate egg with ‘He has risen! Luke 24:6’ attached. You could include your own Easter card, with details of the church’s Easter services, or stick your own Easter greeting onto the front cover of the booklet.
